Return Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging with all tags attached, returned within 30 days of delivery, and accompanied by your order number.
The following items cannot be returned: items marked as Final Sale, intimate wear and swimwear for hygiene reasons, and gift cards.
How to Return Email us at hello@somjitra.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refunds Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
